Beverley Toms describes her busy life in Roxburgh, working and helping on the Toms’ family orchard, cooking for workers and managing children. She also recounts significant aspects of the town’s history such as finishing the Roxburgh Dam, major flood events, gold mining activity, and the different amenities, sports and recreational opportunities of the district at the time.
