Terms and conditions
Please take time to read the fine-print. Here’s the short version:
Entry is free. You can enter up to five photographs. These photographs must be yours and taken within Central Otago over the last three years. You retain copyright but allow us to use the images, you shouldn’t over manipulate the image, and there are cash prizes to be won for winners and runners-up in each entry category. Please read the full Competition Terms and Conditions.
Other forms
There are two other forms that you may need to submit:
1.Young Photographer – Youth Entry Permission Form
If you are under the age of 18 years on the 1st November 2023, you will also need to get permission from a parent or guardian to enter this competition.
The ‘Youth Permission Entry Form’ can be completed in three ways. Choose the option that best suits you and your parent or guardian:
- As part of the full online Competition Entry Form
- A separate online form
- Download the form as a.pdf document.
2. Consent for Publication Form
Any people featured in your photographs will need to complete the ‘Consent for Publication Form’. You can download this form here. It’s a good idea to to print off this form and take with you on your photoshoot.
