HERITAGE IMAGE LIBRARY

In late 2023, the Central Otago Heritage Trust teamed up with Tourism Central Otago to bring the captivating stories of Central Otago heritage to life through the lens of photography.  The Heritage in Focus Photography Competition took a broad and inclusive view, encouraging entrants to explore various aspects of Central Otago’s heritage, be it tangible or intangible. If you’d like to find out more about the winners in this completion here.

Many of the images entered into this competition are featured in the gallery below.  You are welcome to download and use these images to promote Central Otago’s diverse heritage. Where possible, please credit the photographer when using this image.
